The child died. The child had pneumonia and his name was Ezekiel. Dr. Comninellis asked why does did ezekiel and so many other children have to die in the low income world. Angola is a nation of great poverty low education adn poor medical care. No one was safe until everyone is safe.

He talked about hurricane Katrina in 2005 where 1836 died. The dikes were not made for that kind of flooding; a hurricane category 5 and it was below sea level. There were still 60, 000 in the city. Who are those sixty thousand. The poor, the disabled and the chronically ill.

Port-au-Prince earthquake many died in the 100s of thousands. Cement was made light because they just added sand on it. He referred to the Human Development Index by the WHO.
